We were invited to tag along with Teri, Kathy and Madi to their family's beach house in Oak Island, North Carolina, so we jumped on it...or in it!The kids absolutely loved the ocean. No one was frightened by it at all, well, except me. It's sad when the kids are begging the mom to take them out further. I was too busy looking for fins...do doot, do doot, dodootdodootdodoot!
We had beautiful weather and a wonderful time. We went putt-putt golfing at a Jungle themed miniature golf place, walked the pier, fed the sea gulls, walked to a locally owned ice cream shop, souvenir shopped, and swam, swam, swam. We plan on going back next August for TWO weeks!
